Introduction

Metal Post Anchors are used as an alternative to the conventional method of digging and concreting posts in the ground. The Enviropost represents both a change and advancement in the concept of ground support and post fixing in a way that has never been seen before.

The Enviropost is a four finned spike manufactured from 3mm hot-dipped galvanized steel which is simply driven into the ground. The post is then inserted into the specially designed Enviropost system which eliminates digging holes and concreting. The time saved results in significant cost reduction and improved labor efficiency.

Shorter than normal posts are required saving on capital cost and with no soil removal and no clean up there is less downtime and no waiting for concrete to set.

The Enviropost is fully extractable and reusable, they are ideal for both temporary and permanent structures. On extraction the Oz-Post leaves a tiny cross shaped hole which disappears as the soil closes naturally.
It is crucial that the length and fin shape be suited to the ground conditions being encountered. With the right length and design of spike you are able anchor the post securely.

Tapered Spikes

The tapered style fin is designed for those soil conditions which are commonly found in well compacted areas.. The tapered fins give it the ability to pierce the surface and go down on a gradual angle. The fin is 3mm galvanized steel and the four fins give it lateral stability and strength.

Straight Sides

The straight sided spike is ideal for the softer to looser soil densities. The straight fin with a broader surface area gives the fin maximum contact with the surrounding soil giving excellent grip. Once the driving process has been completed the fins give the Oz-Post its load bearing strength which makes them ideal for post anchoring

Custom Spikes

We can custom make an Anchor to suit your needs. You may need a Longer Spike? You want the fins Wider? Pop Out Tags on the fins? Shape or size you can’t see on here? Anything you need, we can help you out.
